Inside Sales Account Representative - BilingualJob Description
  1. Set the image and tone of the Company to our external customer
  2. Manage Key Accounts in and outside defined territory
  3. Resolve customer problems
  4. Clarify and set external customers’ expectations
  5. Communicate customer requirements, expectations and needs to the rest of the Company internally
  6. Provide customer service to both internal and external customers; up-sell products to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of individual account representation to the level of our Client's service expectations.
  • Work internally for preferred delivery
  • Major account assignment (inside and outside of defined territory)
  • Build rapport with Key Accounts to create a positive customer experience with Client Customers
  • Proactively communicate to Key Customers monthly
  • Pricing authority per guidelines
  • Conduct review of all incoming Purchase Orders to ensure that we can comply to customers’ expected requirements
  • Upon conducting review of all incoming Purchase Orders, route internally for approvals to accept customer Purchase Orders
  • Receive, process and respond to all incoming account orders, inquiries and complaints with appropriate level of customer satisfaction defined by Client.
  • Check stock and assign ship dates accordingly for each order handled.
  • Provide minor technical support to accounts, reps and agents. Refer additional technical requests to Application Engineering.
  • Negotiate blanket contracts with accounts, directors and representatives.
  • Coordinate all paperwork for Requests for Quotation.
  • Follow-up required on quotes sent; call reps monthly for update on territory.
  • Provide solutions to problems including customer shortages, shipping discrepancies, and transportation charges.
  • Respond to account requests regarding orders, cancellations, shipping charges, delivery arrangements and methods of payment.

  • Ensure that all problems and requests are handled to customer satisfaction.



Required Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Associates degree or 2 plus years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Ability to follow instructions and to communicate effectively, verbally and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and key customer accounts with discretion and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in daily responsibilities
  • Ability to keep composure under a variety of customer service related situations and possess interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer interactions
  • Ability to monitor work to ensure quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Must be able to communicate and have good or corrected vision. Able to communicate effectively by telephone and in person, sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be bilingual in conversational Spanish and English.
